Tor Box Guitars fret rockers are made from 5mm thick, crystal clear acrylic (perspex). They are precision laser cut for straightness and are engraved with a handy backwards ruler – perfect for quickly checking string height without having to change to another tool.

Acrylic is the perfect material for fret rockers. Aluminium or steel fret rockers are prone to marking silver nickel fret wire. There’s no such issue with acrylic.

And if you manage to ding your fret rocker, you can easily true it up again by running it over sandpaper on a flat surface, such as a fretboard levelling beam.
