Our custom boxes are made to your exact specifications, ready for you to glue together and decorate however you choose.

We use 5.5mm thick plywood for the sides and ends, and 3.6mm thick plywood for the base and lid. Finger jointed with a floating lid.

Can’t find a suitable cigar box for your next instrument? Need a box at a very specific size? Just don’t fancy cutting sound holes and pickup slots by hand?

Our custom boxes are made to your exact specifications, ready for you to glue together and decorate however you choose.

We use 5.5mm thick plywood for the sides and ends, and 3.6mm thick plywood for the base and lid. The thicker walls ensure a sturdy box, the thinner base and lid provide a more resonant soundboard.

The boxes are finger jointed on the corners with a mortised base and floating lid. You can choose to add neck slots, pot holes, sound holes or pickup slots and position them wherever you like.

Our custom made, laser-cut plywood boxes are a huge time-saver!
